License Terms

Your purchase gives you a license to use the files — here's exactly what that covers.

These License Terms apply to every digital product sold by Online Savvy Business (Jasmine Powers Multimedia LLC d/b/a Online Savvy Business). Your purchase gives you a license to use the files — it does not transfer ownership or copyright, which stay with us.

You may:

  • Use the files for your own personal projects.
  • Use the files commercially in your own business: your website, social media, email marketing, ads for your own business, presentations, and documents.
  • Use the files in client work, as part of a finished project you deliver to a client (for example, a website or a deck built for them).
  • Use the files as many times as you like within your own business, on projects you own.

You may not:

  • Use the files in any product you sell or distribute — including templates, stock bundles, print-on-demand items, workbooks, courses, or designs where the file is the product or a main ingredient of it.
  • Resell, share, give away, sublicense, or redistribute the raw files themselves, in whole or in part, free or paid.
  • Upload the files to stock, template, or file-sharing sites, or make them available for others to download.
  • Claim the files as your own original work, or register them as a trademark or logo.
  • Use the files in anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on someone else's rights.

One license, one business

A purchase covers one person/business. If your team needs the files for a separate business, that business needs its own purchase.
