Welcome to Online Savvy Business, operated by Jasmine Powers Multimedia LLC d/b/a Online Savvy Business ("we," "us," "our"). By using onlinesavvybusiness.shop (the "Site") or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What we sell

We sell digital products — planners, templates, stock photos, illustrations, workbooks, and courses — delivered by download or online access. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed by our payment provider at checkout; we do not store your full card details. An order is complete when payment is confirmed, and delivery is made available immediately after checkout through download links and your account.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information when you order — your download links and receipts go to the email you provide.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, branding, and product files are owned by Jasmine Powers Multimedia LLC or its licensors. Your purchase gives you the license described on our License Terms page. It does not transfer ownership of any file or content to you.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Site or our products unlawfully; don't redistribute, resell, or share purchased files; don't attempt to disrupt the Site or access areas you aren't authorized to reach; and don't misrepresent our products as your own creations for resale.

Refunds

All sales are final once an order is delivered, as described in our Refund Policy.

Availability and changes

We may update products, prices, and these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms in effect when you place an order governs that order. We work to keep the Site running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

Disclaimer and liability

Products are provided "as is" for general business and creative use; they are not legal, tax, or financial advice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States.
