What am I buying?
Everything in this shop is a digital product — planners, templates, stock photo packs, and workbooks delivered as downloads. Nothing is shipped to your door.
How do I get my files after I pay?
Right after checkout, your download links appear on the confirmation page and in your order email. If you created an account, your files also live under My Account → Downloads, so you can come back for them anytime.
I can't find my download email. Help?
Check spam and promotions folders first — the email comes from Online Savvy Business. Still nothing? Sign in and grab your files from My Account → Downloads. If something still isn't working, email hello@onlinesavvybusiness.shop and we'll sort it out within 48 hours.
What software do I need?
It depends on the product, and each product page says so in its description. Planners and workbooks open in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Templates work with the app named on the product page (for example Notion or Canva). Photo packs are standard JPG and PNG image files that open anywhere, and illustration packs are PNG files made for documents, workbooks, and slides.
Can I use the photos and templates for my business?
Yes. Your purchase includes a license for personal and commercial use in your own business — your website, social media, emails, presentations, and client work. The one hard rule: you may not use them in products you sell, and you may not share, resell, or give away the raw files. The full terms live on the License Terms page.
What is your refund policy?
Because everything here is delivered instantly as a digital download, all sales are final once your order is delivered. If a file won't open or a download fails, that's a technical problem, not a dead end — contact support and we'll help you get your files working.
