Everything at Online Savvy Business is a digital download, delivered in full the moment your checkout completes. Because a delivered digital product can't be returned, we don't offer refunds or exchanges on delivered orders.

If something goes wrong technically, we'll fix it.

A broken download, a file that won't open, or an order email that never arrived is a delivery problem — and that's ours to solve, not a reason you're stuck. Email hello@onlinesavvybusiness.shop and we'll help you get your files, within 48 hours. Your downloads also stay available anytime under My Account → Downloads when you're signed in.

Each product page describes exactly what's inside — file types, page or photo counts, and the software you'll need. If you're not sure a product fits your tools, ask us first at hello@onlinesavvybusiness.shop and we'll tell you straight.
